BRIEFING
BURMA...
The "State Peace and Development Council" (SPDC) has agreed to allow the United States Military a base of operations within the country of Berma for military actions and security within the Asian theater. There is a condition... US forces must repel or eliminate a group of Violent Burmese Rebels that have entrenched themselves within the proposed site.
A vanguard of Special Forces Operators will insert into the area and proceed to gain key positions in order to secure and set up the site. They will be supplied via airdrop thoughout the operation.
There is a Munitions Depot next to the area slated for the new base that is owned by the SPDC and secured by a private military company known as Black Cap. The Black Cap operators are backed up by the Bumese air force. There has been no ROE given regarding this area.

This is a strict MilSim styled event. No exceptions to the rules or requirements will be made. If for some reason you register and fail to follow the listed rules and/or requirements you will be removed from play.
AGE LIMIT: 14
We will limiting this event to 125 players.
Camping will be permitted (Saturday MAY 15, 2010) the day before the event. You may arrive from 6pm-12am. bring tents + sleeping bags. IT MAY BE COLD!

All players must have a signed waiver
Everyone must turn in a new waiver for 2010.

Players under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by a Parent or Guardian for the year of 2010.
ANYONE VIEWED BY A STAFF MEMBER OF CHEATING, VERBALLY ATTACKING ANOTHER PLAYER OR ANY ACT NOT DEEMED AS SPORTSMANLIKE, WILL BE REMOVED FROM PLAY WITHOUT REFUND.
Goggles:
Players are required to have a minimum of full seal ANSI z87.1 Goggles for eye protection. Anyone who does not have the required eye protection will not be allowed to play and removed from the game. NO SHOOTING GLASSES/MESH.
MEDs:
0-350fps: 0ft
350-400fps: 25ft
400-500fps: 75ft (semi only)
Grenade/Rocket: 10 feet.
Chrono:
• Bring an empty magazine to the chrono station.
• All guns must fire 3 shots with an average of 400 fps or under using .20g bbs.
• You are not permitted to take a gun onto the field without a tag.
•No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use a replica firing over 400fps.
Squads:
• Each squad of ten (10) is allowed: one (1) medic, one (1) SAW, and one (1)m203/RPG
LOW/MID CAPS ONLY, SUPPORT WEAPONS MAY HAVE LARGE CAPACITY MAG’S. ONLY APPROVED SUPPORT WEAPONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
Hit Rules:
• If you are hit by a BB or caught in a rocket blast, or Bang-banged at anytime you are wounded.
• FALL DOWN or TAKE A KNEE (standing while wounded is not permited.
• Remove your hand from your gun and put on your dead rag.
• DO NOT TALK. the only thing you may do when wounded is: Yell "MEDIC!" or Yell "HIT". NO RADIO USE!
• If you are not healed by a medic within five (5) minutes of being wounded head to your spawn to record the kill. DO NOT TALK OR USE YOUR RADIO UNTIL YOU REACH YOUR SPAWN!
• You may only remove bandages from medics when you spawn.
• WEAPON HITS COUNT AS A HIT.
Bang-Bang:
A Bang bang is a mandatory hit. However, it may only be given when you are in full and total control of a situation. You may only bang bang a player when the target player would have 0.0% of returning fire. To bang bang you must have a loaded weapon pointed at the target and ready to fire. If the target player does not repond by saying hit and putting on thier dead rag an tries to turn and shoot you. SHOOT THEM ONCE.
Medic rules:
• Each squad is allowed one (1) medic.
• The Medic must bring his/her own patches.
• The medic must tie a bandage (supplied by us) around the upper portion of the hit players arm before the causality is healed.
• If the casualty already has two bandages they may not be healed and should go to spawn.
• Medics may carry no more than twenety (20) bandages at any time. More bandages will be made available at your spawn for re-supply.
• You may only remove bandages from medics when you spawn.
• Medics cannot heal themselves.
Grenades and Rockets:
• Grenades must deploy BBs.
• Grenades may be thrown through doors and windows. When the grenade goes off everyone inside the room is dead.
• If a player dives on a grenade, only that player is dead.
• Grenades thrown outside will only kill players hit by the BBs.
• Rockets fired into a door or window kills everyone in that room on that floor.
• Rockets fired outside kill everyone within a 10' radius of where the rocket comes to rest.
• Smoke grenades will be allowed.
• All moscart 203 shower shell is permitted. (max 500PSI with C02)
• Approved rockets are: Nerf Pocket Vortex and Zocker Darts fired by an approriate approved replica.
• You may reuse YOUR OWN rockets and grenade.
Rubber knives:
• You may tap any already hit player with a rubber knife to end thier bleed out and send them to spawn. YOU MUST HAVE A RUBBER KNIFE.
Uniform Requirements:
US VANGUARD (40slots): FULL MULTICAM ONLY. (US recon/scout/sniper team will be permitted ghille suit worn over multicam)
BURMESE REBELS (60 slots): ANY UNIFORM (NO MULTICAM ANYTHING) (NO BLACK hats or helmets)
IE: Woodland, Tiger stripe, MARPAT, Flecktarn, OD, Desert marpat, ect. ( you may mix and match)
BLACK CAPS SECURITY (SPDC)(25 slots): A BLACK HAT OR HELMET (NO MULTICAM ANYTHING)
IE: Civilian, Mix match cammo, Contractor, ect.
