Choosing protective eyewear is an investment, and as a brand, WileyX offers very high quality and value. They also offer many different styles to accommodate different needs and head sizes. So I have added the full line of WileyX tactical eyewear to our store. You can choose from goggles, which exceed military specifications for ballistic impact protection, and are NVG compatible, to the classic Saber style, which provides high velocity impact safety (ANSI Z87.1-2003 standards) for a very affordable price.
But that's not the coolest thing about WileyX...what is cool about WileyX is seeing them on one of my favorite sci-fi shows - Stargate Universe. Yes indeed, WileyX eyewear was featured prominently in the second episode, where several character traveled to a desert planet. It only made sense that they would be wearing WileyX to protect them from the harsh climate. I'm pretty sure that Scott and Greer were wearing the XL-1 Advanced climate-control specs (with a removable facial cavity seal), and Eli was either wearing the Romer II or Blink sunglasses.
XL-1 Advanced:
WileyX Romer II, or Blink?
Blink:
RomerII:
...the more I look at them, the more I'm thinking Blink.
